Fees

Session fees are billed at $150 per hour. All sessions are payable at the time of service.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Scheduling

Scheduling and initial paperwork are completed by using any Schedule An Appointment button. Paperwork must be fully completed prior to the first appointment.
The secure portal allows you to fill out intake forms online.
You can also schedule, reschedule, or cancel sessions with ease.
All information is safely stored in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Insurance

Janice Ross is an in-network provider with HealthChoice and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Co-payments are due at the time of service.
If you have a different insurance, a billing statement can be provided.
You may submit this statement to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
